My 3 Week Diet Review and How I Avoided Type 2 Diabetes

With my weight increasing every day and the doctor telling me I was at risk of type 2 diabetes, something had to be done!

One thing I didn’t really like about this manual is it does have a few pages of disclaimers and filler content. Other than that, it’s a great read!

This is the main manual and I’ve really learned a lot from it so far. In this manual you will also learn when to eat your meals, how much gap you should provide in between meals and also how to calculate your lean body mass vs fat percentage which is all very important.

Having a structured plan like this teaches you what to eat and when to eat it so there’s no guess work involved, you simply follow the plan and you will see results.

Well I did and I’m confident you will as well.

The 3 Week Workout Manual:

For those thinking that this is a simple diet, it’s not.

You have to exercise as well, so if you think this is a magic bullet or miracle diet then it’s probably not for you.

But don’t let that discourage you because the workouts are not as intense as you might be thinking.

This workout routine is designed for people who are poor with time and you wont need a bunch of fancy gym equipment either. Each workout is 20 minutes and you can do them 3 – 4 times per week.

I recommend doing them 4 times per week if you can because it will speed up the process. This manual is a must read because it really opened up my eyes and debunked a few myths about exercises.

The Mindset and Motivation Manual:

I recommend reading this manual once a week because it will really motivate you and change your mindset.

You probably already know this but our minds to tend to play tricks on us and one thing our brains are good at is making excuses.

Once you learn some of the mind blowing techniques that this guide teaches you will realise you can “flick the switch” in your brain for success.

Take it serious and stay consistent!

Don’t do it half arsed, you just wont see the results.

Just keep telling yourself that in 3 weeks you will be closer to being a new person that’s thinner, leaner and more happy.

I can see why the 3 Week Diet is so popular and that’s because it’s really easy to follow.

Most diets and workout programs are full of complicated words and jargon only a doctor would understand but the 3 week diet is simplified for everyone.

You get a complete step by step diet and workout program but it’s more than that, it’s a lifestyle change. Once you read the mindset and motivation guide you’ll understand exactly what I mean.

Another reason why I think it’s so popular is because of the fast results.
