MI40 Review – Does Ben Pakulski’s MI40 Really Work?

Hi there everyone. Today I’m sharing my thoughts, opinions and complete analysis on the very popular MI40 (Mass Intentions 40) program by Ben Pakulski. If you’re thinking about buying Ben’s program read my MI40 review first to see if it’s really worth your money.

Who Is Ben Pakulski

Ben PakulskiIf you do not already know, Ben Pakulski is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and holds an honors degree in Kinesiology.

With a passion for fitness and body sculpting, Ben’s work has taken him all around the world collaborating with some of the worlds most famous authorities in performance nutrition, exercise physiology and biomechanics.

Ben (also nicknamed the Pak-man and coined “The Thinking Man’s Bodybuilder“) is an IFBB professional bodybuilder finishing second in the IFBB North American Championships two years in a row back in 2007/2008.

He also won the Mr. Canada competition in 2008 as well, which is a very impressive achievement. Another close win for Ben was back in 2013 at the IFBB Arnold Classic where he came second. These are just some of his highlights, but as you can imagine Ben definitely knows what he is talking about when it comes to bodybuilding!

You may have seen Ben featured in some of the worlds biggest named bodybuilding magazines or even read some of his articles which he contributes regularly on Flex magazine. One of my favourite sayings from Ben Pakulski is “To be the best, you have to surround yourself with the best!” which in my opinion is true.

The Big Question – Does Ben Pakulski’s MI40 Really Work?

does mi40 workI’m pretty sure everyone who reads this MI40 review would be wondering that very question. Does MI40 actually work? And it’s a very good question.

After doing some research I found thousands of before and after pictures and people showing their results.

I even reached out to some of those people to find out what their experience was and every single one of them gave the same answer – “Totally Worth It!”.

My MI40 Review

So, what do I think about Ben Palulski and his MI40 program?

After buying MI40 to see what it was all about, I was very surprised to see the massive amount of content. With pages and pages of pdf guides and 7 hours worth of workout videos I was very happy with my purchase.

Pros – Benefits Of MI40

thumbsupYou get both pdf guides and videos. I’ve paid more for workout programs that were just pdf eBooks so to me it’s definitely worth the money and you do get a lot with this program.

The price in my opinion is fairly cheap considering the amount of content you get. The videos alone are worth more than the $47. I’ve seen 1 hour DVD’s sell for more than $50! You get 7 hours of video with MI40.

I also like how it’s not only for men. The program is designed for both men and women and you will see that in the videos as Ben talks with and instructs Figure Champ Emily Stirling.

As soon as you enter the members area you can tell a lot of time and effort has gone into MI40. I’ve seen far too many workout guides that have just been slapped together, so it’s good to see how professionally MI40 has been put together.

Cons – What I Don’t Like

To be honest, I didn’t find to many things I didn’t like about this program. For some it may be a little overwhelming with the amount of content you have to take in as there is a LOT..

You can print everything out, but if you want Ben to send out a hard copy of his program it is very costly.

  1. I’m happy that Ben developed this product.
    I was experiencing difficulties in putting on weight and found that with different things that I was trying I was simply not getting any results, then a friend was talking about Bens Youtube channel and figured I may as well give it a go.. After a month of using his workout routine I noticed that I was gaining muscle mass which made me beyond happy… Thanks, Seriously!
